Our Story

Modesto Foursquare Church was founded in 1928. This community of believers has been a rich part of the city of Modesto ever since. This church is located 510 Burney Street, in the heart of the city. It has a long and storied history of loving and serving the community and reaching the nations with the Gospel of Jesus. Whether teaching children, leading worship, serving meals, or welcoming someone new, each team member has a part to play in making Modesto Foursquare Church what it is. We look forward to another 100 years of reaching those in our community with the love and truth of Jesus!

Our Pastors

Tyler and Cassie Etter are our lead pastors. They served at New Hope Church in Manteca, CA for 9 years in various ministry roles, and spent 5 years church planting and lead pastoring in Stockton, CA before coming to Modesto Foursquare Church in September of 2022. They have two kiddos, Simone (born in 2018) and Silas (born in 2021). They are passionate about the Gospel and seeing people come to know the Lord. They both have a great desire to train, equip, and raise up followers of Jesus who can carry out the everyday work of the Kingdom.
